Brian L. Jones was born May 9, 1957 to Pat and Lee Jones, 

Brian graduated from Roosevelt Highschool, Long Island, New York and then graduated Pace College in Manhattan. 

Brian served in the United States Marine Corps from 1976 to 1984 and was honorable discharged as a Staff Sergeant;

He was employed as a System Administrator for Fiduciary Trust and IBM Global. 

He was a fan of the New York Nicks and New York Yankees. 

Brian died September 11, 2001, World Trade Center, Tower 1, 95th Floor, New York, New York, United States of America.
On the morning of Sept. 11, Brian called his parents' house. With a calmness that defied the hideous situation, he said there was an explosion and asked his father, Lee Jones, if there was anything on television about it. The elder Jones told his son a plane had hit the building. "He said, 'OK. I'm leaving,'" said Pat Jones. "That's the last we heard of him."

 Believing that Brian Jones got out, it was only later that others in his office told the family that he was helping others leave the building.
