I am deeply grateful to have had the opputunity to work for Chuck and ERC for the past 20 years.  His kindness and generosity were truly exceptional. Mr. Rollins always took the time to ask about my well-being and my family, making me feel valued not just as an employee but as a person. I will never forget the warmth and support he and his wife showed me on Veterans Day 2018 when they attended my Oath Ceremony to become a U.S. citizen. Their presence made that special day even more meaningful. Mr. Rollins genuine care and compassion have left a lasting impact on my life, and I will always cherish the memories we shared.

My relationship with Charles (Chuck) started in the mid to late 1980’s as an employee of his company ERC.  Throughout the years, we fought many battles. Some of the battles turned out good, others not so good but through it all he always stuck with me.  Even when he disagreed with my actions, he remained loyal to me. I will always appreciate Chuck being a loyal friend. He taught me a lot about business and life. Thank you Chuck. I could never repay what you did for me. You helped change my life. After 2015 we became once or twice a year email buddies.  Even then he was always asking about me and my family. It’s time to relax in heaven Chuck. You did very well down here on earth.
