CHARLES MADISON TRACY II

Charles was the lone survivor on one of the helicopter crashes on LZXray at LaDrang Valley . He was injured but he continued to fight . In Vietnam he was on LRRPs to rescue other soldiers . He destroyed a tunnel that contained lots of ammunition of the NVA . His biggest regrets were the buddies he was unable to save , knowing their families would never see them again . He wrote letters to the families that would make them proud of their soldier . He was closer to the his Special Forces family than he was to the majority of his blood kin . Many of his blood kin were estranged although they enjoy claiming an attachment even if they never came around . Can you blame them for trying to claim his heroic spirit. It was his heroic spirit . His son embodied the sane heroic spirit serving in the Middle East. While and adopted daughter listening to his advice made a great impression and a wonderful life for herself . He left here very proud of his son Charles Madison Tracy III and Angel Mae Joy Nyugen who sat beside me anytime I needed her . As did our son .
