I didn't know you John but I remember so well the day your plane was shot down. I was in the USAF stationed at the Pentagon, I too was in Communications. Guys like you will always be remembered not just by family, but by other guys who can say; "There but for the grace of God go I". Rest in peace buddy, you did your duty for God and country, you will never be forgotten. Amen.
