Mr. Cvengros,

Prayers an blessings to Patrick's family.

He was a great friend, and I was sorry to learn of his passing. Patrick and I didn't meet under the best of circumstances, but we sure made the best of them. It was a pleasure and honor to have known him.
Apologies for the questionable picture, but we had some good times fishing, and it was a fine catch. I'm still looking for a fish stew remotely close to what your wife made. I suspect my endeavor is in vain.

A couple of those trees you gave me from the Arbor Day Foundation are still going, but I'm sure you know that. Thank you for them, as they are a nice reminder of you. I know you liked the cause, so I'll put a few more in the ground for you.

I'm really sorry we fell out of contact the last few years, but you are fond recollection during some trying times.
