Paul Patrick Dolan proudly served in the United States Air Force, enlisting in 1972 and retiring in 1976. Born in Kenmore, New York, on March 1, 1954, he was stationed in Okinawa, Japan, where he played a key role in supporting U.S. military operations during the Vietnam War. His dedication earned him the National Defense Service Medal. Paul's time in the Air Force ignited a lifelong interest in aviation, leading him to pursue a career in the airline and travel industry.

After his military service, Paul was accepted to the University of Notre Dame in 1978, where he graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He began working in the airline and travel industry in Chicago, driven by his passion for aviation, and pursued an MBA from DePaul University during this time.

In 1987, Paul moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he established his own handyman and home repair business. In the 1990s, he expanded his expertise by earning both a real estate license and general contractor’s license. Paul continued his handyman work until the time of his passing, demonstrating his tireless dedication to helping others.

In 2022, Paul participated in an Honor Flight to Washington, D.C., a special experience that paid tribute to his service and meant a great deal to him. He was also a lover of travel, and one of his favorite places to visit and vacation was Lake Chautauqua in New York, where he found peace and joy.

A proud father of three children—Justin, Cara, and Ryan—Paul was known for his kindness, integrity, and strong work ethic. He was a passionate fan of the Buffalo Bills and Notre Dame, and his love for his hometown team and Alma mater was an essential part of who he was.

Paul passed away on October 11, 2023, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His legacy of service, hard work, and love will forever be cherished by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
